Is Chris Thrash opening a resturaunt? He left a comment on the video saying he was "moving his show to his resturaunt". Does any one have any info on this place? Also, the logo at the end said "ShowBiz Pizza Zone". Is that what it's called? Where is this place located?

A fine idea indeed. If it goes over well, I can forsee it coming to cities everywhere, and kids of the newer generations will see the RAE in it's glory! It would be somewhat ironic if the newly named Showbiz Pizza Zone were to put CEC into bankruptcy and they had to close.

Umm...is there any copyright infringement if they use this name? Will adding the 'Zone' to the end of it make that acceptable? I would hate to see you guys go under over something like that.

Well just an update for all you guys. Keep a eye out on www.showbizpizzazone.com that is Chris' OFFICIAL Website!

He will be opening up in Phenix City, AL in just a few short weeks! Everyone that has any way possible needs to make there way there after the opening to show your support! This will be a great chance for the Rock-afire to actually be in a store that can make it! It will be run by someone who actually cares so thats going to be an amazing thing! There is no way Chris will let them run down as all other locations have!

Also as for the Logo... if you check with the trademark department you will see that the Showbiz Logo was not renewed many years ago... plus he has modiifed it enough that it would no longer be considered the original regardless.

Thanks Damon for helping shed a little light on the matter.

There will be a part 2 of the tear down video. The reson for the tear down video is that it was very exciting having the show, and I have met some great people from many (about 8) states!

However, that is now the end of that chapter in my life. And even though it WILL be going in my own resturaunt, Its still hard to say goodbye.

So now (hopefully) I will get to meet even more great people and make a living doing what i love everyday!

Oh and, 1. Its a dead copyright. 2. Names and logo art must be about 40% different to not be called infringement. 3. I am copyrighting the logo now.
