Road Stages are part of the "CEC Stage" batch

There are 233 Studio C's and 248 stages obviously that'll change soon with the fast rate of Studio C's. Also there are no CEC's in Wyoming. People said Vermont was the only state without it but Wyoming has none either.

Hey Danny I added some *'s to a few here on the CEC Stage list...but you need to go skim through it cause first you say something like **-no longer franchise and *-runs on DVD now
Then at the bottom it switch's place to *-no longer franchise and **-runs on DVD now...Just go through and try to make the key consistant. :)

I think that most of the Colorado stores that didn't start with Studio C have been converted (with the exception of Fort Collins, which still has a 3-Stage MMBB).

CEC #743 recieved the DVD conversion this week.

The St. Petersburg Fl store no longer has a 2-stage. As of this summer, when the store recieved it's Phase 4 remodel, the stage was replaced with Studio C Beta.

Also, the store I work at, Lakeland Fl #426, as of January will be a new location with Studio C Beta as well.

I am going to make an attempt to go on vaction this summer again back to my old stomping grounds in Wisconsin, and we plan on spending a day in Rockford to go to Magic Waters and that CEC...if all of my plans go through, I'll be bringing a videocam and a camera to shoot photos and video of the place. Until then, if you other Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois area residents could make a stop up there, that'd be awesome!


Oh, by the way...Our store here in Lakeland is closing on February 1st, and as of February 2nd, Lakeland FL CEC #426 will be a brand new store with Studio C Beta. I'll miss our MMBB 1-stage!:(

Last time I drove by there, probably three years back, I remember seeing that they completely remodeled that plaza. There is now no sign of PTT ever being there!

Oh, and Pizzacam, our store is being torn down. They are building a brand new one RIGHT NEXT DOOR...literally. I've taken some pics, and once I get the film developed, maybe I'll post them for you guys to see.

Funny thing about them being side by side, people sometimes don't know which store to go to. I literally watched people drive into our parking lot, walk up to the new store, see that it's locked, and then they get back in their car and drive off. I guess they don't realize that the building next door that has the sign that says 'Chuck E Cheese's Pizza' is actually a CEC! :lol

Also the PTT that was once loved by a whole generation of people is now a crappy dollar store...Ha, when you go in, you can still somewhat feel the tile floor under the carpet. well they like you had in Ogden and supposedly still do have the C stage version of the house. The shows are no longer classified as C&R. when the 1 stage at the home office was was removed wich is what the CEC stages were programmed from b4 they switched to having the 3 stage signals converted , all Existing Stages except for the 3 stage became known as the CEC stage and the porch shows fell under that category, thus a tape w/ a label of CEC stage WILL work on any exsisting C or Rocker stage (provided they haven't switched to DVD like their counterparts w/ non-functioning curtains.

It's really a trade-off. After about a month of continuous play, the videotape starts to degrade. We used to need a new tape two months into a show because the quality dropped below an acceptable standard (or wouldn't play at all).
I do, however, miss the discrete stereo from having two hi-fi audio tracks as well as the linear track for the movements.
Just my two cents' worth.

Well, almost. The diagnostics on the DVD leave a lot to be desired. The movements don't match up to the DVD video, so I need to keep the VHS deck available to run the old diagnostic tape.
Oh, and the moment the Cyberstar is switched on, random movements start.

Oh yes, I'm aware of the Diag. problem and I'm looking into that. Hopefully I can talk em' into putting the diag. on a seprate DVD divided into chapters by character. Bear with me.

If you are having trouble with the Diagnostics, use the January 2006 DVD. The signals and video are in-sync on that one.

The only other annoying thing is the random movements that kick in between some of the diagnostic movements. If we could use the Diagnostics in "VCR ADJUST" mode that would solve the problem, but Diagnostics act like a regular show and kick you out of VCR Adjust after a few minutes. The VCR Diagnostic tapes didn't do this.

It was a tiny store, with a gameroom with about 20 games and one strand of skytubes. There was no Toddler Zone, because there was simply no room for it. The showroom was a standard Showbiz Pizza size showroom. It was nice. This place was another restaurant of some sort before it was a Showbiz/CEC. It looked very different from other CEC's I've visited.
When I was there it was very slow, and they handed me a questionaire about the place. I had a feeling this place was gonna close very soon, and sadly, it now has.

By the way, has that 3-stage list been updated? We need to take off every store that no longer has a 3-stage.

Hey guys, Visalia in California STILL has their 3-stage. It's the ONLY 3-stage left in the entire state. Cosmetically, all of the characters looked great, but only Jasper actually worked. There was a really bad leak in the other characters air lines...you could hear it very loudly while sitting there in the showroom. I think the show will be around for a while...the store had just been remodeled...so for you Cali guys looking for a 3-stage, go to Visalia. They even have Munch Jr. still!

Savannah still has a 3-stage. I called them about a month ago, and they said they still had it. As for the condition of the show? Who knows. If you visit, be sure to give us a report as to how the store and show look. I've thought about taking a trip up there myself! (it's the second closest 3-stage store to my house, at 5 1/2 hours away!)

I visited the Savannah CEC yesterday and can confirm that it has a 3-stage in pretty good working order. It was very weird walking into a CEC and not seeing a Studio C set! The store looked very clean and the employees seemed pretty nice. I didn't look at all the games but they looked to be older ones. There were no curtains used during intermissions and maybe it's just me but Chuck E. was moving his arms in a manner that kind of looked like he was trying to say "What's going on here". I took a few pics of the stage so I'll submit them to the Pizzacam section of the site soon.

The characters barely moved, all of the spots were out of wack, Pasqually was missing his mustache, Jasper was stuck facing Munch most of the time.

Rockford's Rocker stage is in much better shape.

The district tech said they are looking into the possibility of expanding. they want to tear out the 3 stage and put in studio c so they can add tables and more games... this is might happen in the near future! yet the stage is in pretty good shape! nothing is set in stone! If that happens we will have 2 3stages in MI.

Actually I think quite a bit HAS... I remember seeing a few things not "up to date" but then again it's kind of hard to keep up on that especially if we want it to be accurate, you have to make sure that the person who reports changes knows what he/she is talking about and if they're a reliable source... :-?
