Steve Irwin always survived crocodile bites and alligator bites and even snake bites!

I'm in shock! I was watching a show once and they had sting rays on it and they stung this person 45 times and he still survived. How terrible.. Thanks for the Adventures Steve!

I heard this last night at midnight on the radio when the story broke. Apparently he got stung right in the heart which pretty much killed him instantly.

The late Steve Irwin's Crocodile Hunter thing was parodied by CEC as "The Tube Explorer".

Hank Howdy is currently promoting the token card system, so it will be interesting to see how he will be recieved now. The way I see it, any tube explorer spot should be look at as a respectful tribute to the late great Steve Irwin. To show that his memory will still live on. Of course I'm sure there will those poonflaps who will not see it that way. We will play it by ear.

I would hate to see the end of The Tube Explorer episodes because of this. Hank Howdy does not parody Steve Irwin negatively; as Mike said it's more of a respectful tribute.
Man I was shocked when I heard this news yesterday morning. His over-the-top enthusiasm for animals, environment, and family will be sorely missed.

I am stunned myself...i JUST read the details here!
Man, i LOVED this guy! His movie was the BEST fun i have had in a theatre in a long time! If your did'nt get to see his film that was out in theatres about 4 years ago, go rent it! It's hoot and some great wildlife footage too.
I'll miss you Mate...

Are there any Tributes/Marathon episodes planned? I was watching Regis and Kelly the other day and they played a tribute to Steve...
