Radio Showbiz April...questions on who made this playlist...

This is the BEST radio showbiz I have heard.
from ICP, to Macho man randy savag, to clapton, to HULK HOGAN THEMES, to Group X this is just great!

whoever set this up i would love to chat with since we have very similar tastes!

Hey guys,

Thanks for the positive comments. I wasn't sure how this new playlist would be taken. My guess was that people would either really like it or start casting stones our way. :o Which was part of the reason we had to 'test' it out as a joke.

The playlist was assembled from several sources - Brian supplied 10 of the random songs, my girlfriend gave 10, a close friend from work donated 10, my brother gave 5 and the rest (about 75) were pretty much my own call. Oh, and Jenn suggested the Queen song.

The idea was to mix it up and play some stuff that I felt other fans would 'get' or enjoy hearing. I was guessing that most of us are children of the 80s like myself and grew up with most of the same stuff I did. Plus there was some music that I love and wanted to share with others.... and thought, well hell - I have a radio station... :evil

What my ultimate goal is (and where this all started) was to do this all year round - as an 'afterhours' type of show that would run maybe 2-3 hours or longer. The playlists would be changed out every few weeks or at least once a month. Also by doing it later at night, it gives a bit more padding to play other stuff since the kiddies will be in bed (or should be in bed).

Hopefully it'll work out to do that. This is just one of the many ideas I have for the station.... over time hopefully I'll be able to get with Brian and make some more of them happen!

This is my bad... I have to mail all this stuff out yet. No worries though, everyone will get their prizes (that would be a pretty funny april fools though for me to not send anything).

I just got behind with CV3 goings-on. Trying to get back in the groove now, so everyone should have their stuff soon!
