I never went to Pizza Time when I was a kid, but I was curious about the general layout of the store such as where were the games when one walked in and where was the show area and how many other shows were there in each store.

well the neat thing about PTT was that every store was different from the other so I can only tell you what I saw from the PTT that I went to....

first off the walls were all wooden on the outside and the inside of the building as well, you would walk into the building and immediatly to my left was a room that consisted of the king,to the immediate right was the room that had the other caberet show (which changed every few months)I remember artie antlers, dollie dimples, and bb bubbles, the other room was ALWAYS the king and it stayed that way,as I walked down a long dark hallway I see video games to the left the toys/cash regiseters right in front of me and the rides to the right behind the register area was the main show room which was a balcony stage, you could enter through both the game room and the ride room,it was kind of hidden,as I recall the show room was all by it's self and you couldn't see out to the game/ride rooms, the show room was dark with flags on the ceiling.it consisted of the black warbletts, had clapping hands that were on the wall,it also had horns that sway back and forth, the whole building was dark with wooden walls and the game and ride rooms had fake trees that made it look kind of like a forrest, towards the latter years they had opened up the showroom (like showbiz) so you can see out and you had to pay tokens to watch the shows (including the caberets) which would only play 3 minutes then it would stop and you would have to put another token in to play the rest of the song,(this was after 1983) that was the last time I ever went..the early years (1981-83) were cool, they had the shows with harmony (which was the first female character I saw,I think it was her but it could have been madam oink)
madam oink (which was the second,or maby the first)
sally sache(which I never saw),and finally helen henny (which I saw when I had to pay to watch them and of course now)
