Whose Your Favorite recording artist?

With all the talk of Music I don't think we ever had a thread that just focused on the artists. Well here it goes. My favorite artist has to be Britney Spears :rollin no way! My favorite artist has to be Kelly Clarkston her songs are really cool! I also like Ashlee Simpson and Daryl Hall and John Oates! :hat

I'm really not a fan of newer music from today. I'm more of a classic rock/80's kid. :]

My favorite artist of ALL TIME is BILLY JOEL. <333.

I absolutely adore him. I was lucky enough to go to his concert last March for my birthday. :] It was onea the coolest things that ever happened to me. He's my mother's favorite, too, so I grew up listening to him. She was there with me, and we were both crying at the concert. XD

Only one person worthy of mention. He is one of the most respected artists of our time...three time Grammy winner...and he is properly licensed to administer the Heimlich Maneuver to hamsters-- *sound of record needle being pulled off*...okay maybe not that last part.

Well of course I'm talking about Weird Al Yankovic. Who else? ^_^

In case anyone has forgotten, I am a huge rock fan. The world of rock/pop music has appealed to me tremondously since I was a little boy. Most of what I like though has been around longer than I've even been alive. My list of favorite recording artists is extremely long. However, if I had to pick one singer or group, it would be..........

Favorite member: Paul Stanley (The Starchild).

I saw the band on its reunion tour in 1996; their show made me glow with joy!
