Howdy y'all!
Jasper and I were thinking and talking about this....Is Old McDonald a valid song on the April 2002 Road Show Disc? Was there another Road Show released after April 2002 that has Old McDonald on it? I remember a couple days ago flipping through my stores Valid Road Show disc and hearing Old McDonald....but I don't know if it was the April 2002 Road Show or not...I know it didnt have "SCS" road show on there and it didnt have "Hokie Pokie" or "Limbo Rock" on there so it wasn't either one of those...
***Also, the other day, we were closing, and I was about to shut off the breakers to the show, and I decided to flip through the Sept. show (as in fast fowarding manually through the DVD players) and I saw "Old McDonald" was on it! BUT!!!! Its not a valid Live Show!!!! I flipped through the Touch Screen and its not on there....

So, if anyone can help us out here, that would be awesome, thanks a lot!:hat

A very interesting find...I have heard absolutely nothing about this live show.

Any information is greatly appreciated so I can make the proper corrections to the Showtape Review.

they sent us a survey asking which road show we would like to see re-appear, or maybe it said live show...at any rate, it was the three that you listed above so one of them might make a comeback

"Old MacDonald" was also used as a show featured in the Studio C Kareoke shows. I saw this a few times here in Methuen after hours ages ago and basically it was a non-Chuck vocal.

I do remember somewhat a "Live" version that was stuck onto one of the early Road Show discs. Guess the next time i come across my set, i will have to have a better look.....

If you can check it out Jenn I'd really appreciate it. I always get thrown for a loop when these mysteries pop up. That's the fun part of the Showtape Review...discovering little things like this live show song that has existed but has never been discussed here before.

So my objectives are:

1. Find out if "Old MacDonald" was a Road Show song, and what Road Show disc it appeared on

2. Find out why "Old MacDonald" is on the September 2005 Show dvds if it isn't valid, and if it is considered a new 'generic'.

Please help if any of you out there know anything else about this live!

I pretty sure it WAS on a Road disc......perhaps in late 2001 or early 2002 maybe. My discs are buried...i have so much Chuck E. Stuff i don't even know what i have sometimes!! it's crazy!

I remember coming across it one time while on duty and thinking it was another lame "kiddie song" show.... it came out around the same time that spell of 'known" kid sing-along song shows came out like "Bingo" and "Happy and You Know It" which we considered crap at that time. We never used it for that reason,...but i do remember hearing it i think.

Wish my memory was better with this......that's all i can remember at the moment!

Im gonna check tomorrow on our Road Show disc and i'll let everyone know...I think it was on the April 2002 disc...which kind of ties in on what you said Jenn...

**UPDATE**
I checked our Road Show disc at my work now, and it said Copyright 2005 CEC Entertainment.
Also on the disc it had the Newer Chuck E. on it (The one you would see at phase 4, the purple one with the thumbs up) but he was in black and white. It said Chuck E. Cheese Road Show Disc on it and it had the Dept. 18 logo at the bottom....I know for a FACT that we had this disc b4 SCS, and I remember on the April 2005 newsletter it says nothing about a new Road show Disc...so it must of came out with the Jan. 05 show, or maybe the Sept. 04 show....IDK!

MIX! Do you have any info to share here with us, if ya ever stop by soon?????
