I am really, REALLY excited for this show!!! I think this will probably be the best show in some time! All the artists picked are great! I can already picture Helen singing 'Love Story', it's gonna be amazing! Party Rock Anthem is also an awesome choice and is gonna rock the showroom!

OK I got all the facts, I'm done talking about this song, I will now talk about the other songs.

I apologize for my behavior and i'm sorry, the reason why acted that way was because I got "scared" not to mention my anxiety level went up(also the reason I take a medicine pill everyday to lower it) and have AUTISM.

But wait a minute, I thought they now play a showtape for 4 months then a new showtape the next 4 months, so wouldn't that be a May show?

I'm interested to know how they've altered lyrics! I'll assume Chuck's the lead singer on this one. This tape's got a great artist list, and it'll be cool seeing what they've done!

I logged off and thought about this some more and I've gotten even more stoked than I was a few hours ago. The wait'll nearly do me in!!! Just went off and listened to Love Story, and I gotta say I can certainly picture Helen singing it. Here's hopin' some wonderfully awkward dialogue follows or precedes the song (or both!), haha. For Wang Chung I can certain picture them covering Everybody Have Fun Tonight. Not sure what Tears For Fears song they'd do since they've covered two of 'em in the 80s show a couple years back but I'm sure it'll be good. And Europe better be Final Countdown. I'd laugh with glee at that.

All we need is for our programmers to have Helen looking at Chuck E. about 85% of the song, lol. There will always be awkward Chuck E.-Helen dialogue. As for PRA, I CAN'T WAIT!!! I hope Final Countdown is on there! Oh, and as for Brad Paisley, hmmmm... I could see Jasper singing 'This is Country Music', 'Letter to Me', 'When I Get Where I'm Going', and 'Online'... I can attest; when I hear a song enough it's like I can't not sing along! It's hard to stop myself sometimes. I'm sure some people look at me like I'm quite silly but I don't care. I'd rather have a fun time!

I can't wait for the new show. I wonder how the band is going to sound on Party Rock Anthem. I will be seeing this show at Sun Valley since it could be the last show with the Phase 3 remodel :(. The store really wants to start in June but if they don't it will most likely be in September. Anyway, I can't wait to see the new show.

Who cares? I mean really… The stores will probably get the show a few days before April 1st so they have it in time, just like always. If your store doesn't get the show by April 1st, you'll just have to wait a couple days.

Now then, back to some good old speculation and pre-analysis for fun! I've noticed in the past they're re-keyed songs higher/lower based on one thing or another (I guess I never entirely understood taking a song up a step or three, though I get taking them down for optimal vocal range). My question is: do you guys think any possible songs this go around will be pitched up or down for the VAs? As much as I'd like to think all the talents behind the shows can tear it up at original keys, I know that's just not possible (that's not to say they don't do a marvelous job in every case). The songs usually get keyed upwards for Helen so I'll assume it's to showcase her immense vocal talents (and perhaps subtly playing her as a show-off in some sense, you know, to try and impress Chuck? We all know the writing staff loves to have Helen prod the Big Cheese in nearly every show at least once in some way) but I'm not sure it's exclusive to her. From what I'm recalling though, it's pretty much only Helen that gets to take a song higher.

I'm prattling! Discuss! :D

This show looks like it is going to be a Best Show that I have seen in years. Each Character will be getting a song and the segments are really long. The longest one is 16 Minutes and the shortest is 12 Minutes.

It's an awespme show to say the least!!! Love all the songs that were in it! Nice to finally hear Munch have his own solo song again...and Party Rock really shows itself in this show...if you get my drift...lol. Love how different it is, including new characters to make it fresh. Not to mention it's also awesome to hear parodies, I love when they parody songs and these ones were good!

I've seen parts of the new show and I have to say its good so far, although I read on wikipedia that the original Wang Chung music video of "Everybody have fun tonight", was banned from a few tv stations because its causing "epileptic seizures". I just hope it doesn't cause the same thing to the people at the restaurant, who are watching it.

I just got back from seeing this show! We got there and some of the cast members were dancing and singing in the showroom, volume up! They told us they just got the show in a few hours prior, which was pretty cool.

I love everything about this show! There's so much dialogue in this one and lots of Pasqually. We were joking around that it was the 'April 2012 Pasqually Appreciation Showtape.' Hahaha.

My favorite song from the show, hands down, is 'Everybody Have Fun Tonight.' MMBB covered it perfectly. The choice to have Helen sign the "On the edge of oblivion..." part was perfect. And best of all, they parodied the original music video!! That's one of my favorite music videos and I was telling my friend how weird it is and BAM all of a sudden a CEC version comes on the screen. AWESOME.

So, in other words, perfect show. Super great job to everyone who put it together! (I especially love the reindeer sequence. My friend stuck his tongue out. *snicker*)

I just finished watching the new show on Youtube and I can't believe I am saying this but this show has been the best show since September 2004! I feel like that we are having another 1999-2002 era of CEC right now! I loved the song choice's on this show and I love that Munch and Pasqually get a solo! Out of all the songs on this show ''The Final Countdown'' was my favorite! I can tell that Pasqually was voiced by someone else for that song and the person who voiced him did a amazing job! Pasqually cracked me up so much on this show with his fungi collection, when he revealed that he had a teddy bear costume, and his theme song! I also loved the other characters that were used but out of all them Marvin was my favorite! This Show is 5/5 for me! Amazing Job Department 18 keep up the amazing work you do!

The "Head over Heels" parody is actually amazing. I especially liked it when Chuck E and Jasper are doing a duet together.
I didn't know the band perform ballads as well(or is it a ballad?), that was pretty decent.

If I was in that video, I would've waved and say hi to them while passing by or get hi fives from them or better yet, get a group hug from them(because Chuck E and Jasper are my most favorite characters in the show).

I wish I'd met the other members of the Munch's Make-Believe Band. (when I said "other" I meant besides Chuck E because I see him lots of times at the restaurants I've been too)

The "Head over Heels" parody is actually amazing. I especially liked it when Chuck E and Jasper are doing a duet together.
I didn't know the band perform ballads as well(or is it a ballad?), that was pretty decent.
