Hey guys and gals i visited a brand new cec yesterday. It's been open a week today. they have studio c and a whole mess of new and exciting games. however they were running the September DVD's still. anyway i have some pictures and i'll send them to be put up. the one thing that impressed me the most was the service. the employees were very polite and really helpful. another thing that impressed me was the way they served the ham and cheese sub. they had french fries with it and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.... i hope dept 18 sends them the new dvd really soon they were having some trouble with the show.

The reason the service was great is because it's a brand new location and all of those new CM's were officially trained by official CEC Trainers! Its the same deal at most newly opened locations....the Staff has'nt had the chance to rotate out. When that happens, and the original employees move on, sometimes the great training is lost on the new recruits. I've seen this happen so many times...new stores open and everything is awesome until about a year or so. Not everytime....but around here it seems to be the case.

Typical, but it does also depends on the GM if he/she is really strict yeah it probably sucks working for them but if you wanna work there you're gonna be in line and by the book. unfortunatly that's where most teens getting $5.15 an hour draw the line. lol

Yeah this gm is really strict! the store he used to be at won several awards for excellence! Also in regard to the showtape incident (Running Sept instead of January) I got an email from Rob and he was forwarding it to Matt Hill and he is making sure they get it next day! they were surprised too. :D :D :D :D

Yep I think I know who it was! this is also the location that had a fire bomb tossed through the window shortly after it opened!!!

Are you sure that it's brand new? The manager said it's been open for years...
