I was told once before that no such thing exists, but now their is a technical manual in the for sale section. Also wat kind of shipping cost 60 bucks for a book? Can someone look into the validity of that post?

$60 seems a bit high- I doubt it weighs so much that it would cost $60 to ship it.. but yes, it came with a manual (I believe a big binder).

They exist, they're just not that easy to come by. Email Aaron- he probably has one he'd sell you.

The guy says he'll "give" it away if you pay the $60 in shipping. But in reality, he's just trying to make up what he'll lose. I guess when somebody sees it's FREE +shipping they'll want to buy it even more. Hmmmm... I don't know.

I have no idea where the thought that no manual exists came from, but there is a manual, of which I own one of. Its name among fans is the "Blue Manual", aptly referring to blue casing of the binder. However, that's not to say it isn't incredibly hard to find. And speaking of the $60 shipping charge for the free book, eh. You'd pay roughly equal in actual cost + shipping, so no true difference. The book is pretty hefty, but not monstrous.

Yes, it would... assuming Aaron would be okay with that. I'd love to read through it.

Yeah I may scan the "blue manual" in one day but I don't know, it's like a thousand + pages... not to mention I'm sure Aaron might not want it on here. :-?

As for this guy saying it's free for $60 shipping it's probably just so he can get SOME cash for it like some people often do on eBay when they list something for $5 but the shipping is like $50... on there when they do that they're just trying to be slick and get more cash so the price is low and some people think the shipping's just high. He should've just listed it for what he wanted ie $50 and added $10 and said shipping was free. I see more items sell that way on eBay. ;)

However $60 for this manual isn't too bad cause it'd probably be like $10 to ship cause it's kind of heavy so even $50 for it is fair. I THINK that's probably about what I paid for mine. They aren't popping up as much these days as they were back when I got mine about 7 or 8 years ago.

What is the manual for/about?

It's the Service Manual... It explains every part of the show mechanically. It has exploded views of each character and has a troubleshooting section just like any manual that comes with some electronic gaget you buy today. There's just ALOT to go over that's why there's so many sections and it's a big book.

Man, I flipped through the pages again. A scanned PDF would be MASSIVE in size. And yes, I wonder if Aaron would want the manual on here or not.

The info within that book is passed on in the form of knowledge and advice from those who know
