I was talking to a CEC worker and member of this board the other day, and he informed me he hasn't seen the bot come up ONCE during the show. Now, the interesting thing is that he works great during the LIVE/Birthday show. So I'm wondering... Do they even program PizzaCam anymore for the current show?

Yes he IS still programmed but just not for this show... He IS still programmed for recent shows though... Munch Jr is too cause some locations still have him too. ;)

Pizzacam is utilized depending on what's going on in the show and if I see the opportunity to use him. So I guess the answer to your question is yes and no. Yes, he is still used and no you may not see him pop up on every show. Now of course you'll see him and all of the other props on the birthday show because it's a birthday show and I feel all of the characters should be a part of that . Hope that somewhat answers your question.

And what Gabe said is also correct. :)

Thanks Mike!

How many locations (that we know of) still have Munch Jr? I know for sure Wilmington, North Carolina, Visalia, California, and Orem, Utah, still have him. Any others that fans know about?

Maybe you can program PizzaCam to have a speaking part in the next new show??

See, here's the trouble with that... PizzaCam doesn't exsist on all the other stages, and most 3-stages have junked him as well. On top of that, they are phasing out the prop characters, so... Slim chance of that happening. Sad though, as the prop characters are cool looking and could be utilized in so many different ways.

Visalia definitely doesn't have Munch Jr. Though I wish it did!

Oh, that really stinks. I know they did sometime around 2008 or 2009.

Yeah that sucks about Munch Jr. I was thinking it was about 10 or less but sadly I think it's now probably 5 or less still in the field. Although they DID start removing them way before Pizzacam. I know ours was removed around 1998/1999 and I think Austin(Ben White and Burnett's) around the same time... :(

I can see why Pizzacams were removed... major issues, masks no longer being made etc but as long as stores still had their Munch Jr. masks, all he is mechanically is ONE cylinder lol but I think that was just the point in time where the were already caring less about the show... especially it's props that, to them, weren't a major part. However, you take away 2 or 3 of those and you've just ruined the show in my opinion. X-( It's what set 3 stages apart from existing stages.

Some shows feature a generic announcer character (The bird in Studio C Alpha) I think it's usually the moon on a three-stage, but wasn't it programmed as PizzaCam a few times?
