Game repair!

ok maybe you guys and gals can clarify this but how long can a game be out of order? this cec i was at had a game out since December. (cyclone)

Well They shouldn't have games out very long especially months! Although game parts like show parts can be on back order forever! :rolleyes

Well, games should not be down that long unless the part is on backorder, which is very possible with some games. Typically down games should be brought back up asap. The techs in our district must record which games are down and when they came back up on a daily basis. I think they usually request parts to be sent overnight so they can get the game back up the next day.
