How Come the 3 stage never had a Skit Comparison on the Diagnostics until the one w/ Party Place? also is there any reason why Studio C doesn't have one?

Well in my opinion they're a nice touch but a waste of time... If you run through the entire diagnostic and don't have any problems occuring then there's no need to then watch a skit comparison.

That being said, it seems like most stores don't even take the time to fix critical angles anymore... I know at my store(Ingram Rd, 3 stage) the character's neutral positions are WAY off! Helen looks like her body lean is somewhat extended which can easily be adjusted. Her body twist is way off too... she turns right somewhat but turns left WAY too much and so her "center" position isn't centered at all she's like more to the left. Our show aside from critial angles being WAY off isn't too bad but all the character's angles are off so all together it makes it look bad. Alot of cosmetics touching that in the end ruin the cosmetics. So those look rough too.

Skit comparisons were something done by Creative Engineering. There was no such thing for Chuck E. Cheese on their diagnostics until they merged with Showbiz. As noted, they are really not necessary. If you go movement by movement with the diagnostic it either works and is adjusted right or it does not. Until cyberstar came along, all the diagnostics were was a tech calling out which movement they were doing and counting it off back and forth about 10 times and going to the next. That is all that you need.

I disagree. The 3-stage Skit Comparison is quite useful and I use it frequently since Party Place covers every character in one skit since each character has a set of lines to sing. It is what I use first to see what movements and lights are not working in just a few minutes and I can run it while people are in the showroom. To go through an entire diagnostic video takes an extremely long time. I use the individual character diagnostics to fine tune the speed of movements when needed.

Comparison skits are also useful because there is further speed tuning that is needed when a character is performing vs just seeing one movement being turned on and off by itself. A good example is Pasqually's/Duke's drumming. You can tune it to the specific diagnostic movement, but it needs tuning again when running an actual show. His movements are so sensitive even 1/16th of a turn on the flow control makes a difference.

I'm going to have to just agree here cause this IS the guy who helped me turn my Pasqually completely around and made a character that was in sad shape fun to watch and program again! =D>

You still need to make a diagnostic skit for it ;-)
