>: i don't know where to begin with my experience. i visited this location Saturday 4/22/06. we ordered an apple pizza and cinasticks. and $12.50 in tokens. we were almost done eating and were going to play when this rude employee *****came over and asked if we were leaving. we told him no. we went to play games and came back to the table and our apple pizza was gone. i talked to the manager and she replaced it with no problem. five minutes later we were approached by him and he said that the pizza was all eaten and i owe him $2.64 for a second pizza. i said to him your checking up on us too much. which he was he did'nt check up on everyone else like that. i worked for cec i know what the procedures are. also my dad works for the company too. we had every right to be there. the manager could have asked us to leave but no a cm was pressuring us to leave. i think something should be done. all of this hassell over a lousy $2.64 apple pizza. i don't know if he was a new cm or what but i've been in that location umpteen times and have never gotten this poor of service like on Saturday. the only positive feedback i have about this location is the games and management the manager took care of the issue apologized and made up for it. the games were in great condition and the prize wall looks great! one cast member to ruin it thats pathetic. i think this cast member needs disiplinary action. and since i owe that $2.64 i'll mail in a money order to the store.
yep you may have noticed i said worked at cec. i'm leaving cec. i want to presue a career in computers and may have a job opening at a bowling alley around here. i love to bowl and have some connections just like i did with cec. i'll always visit cec and be a part of them.
