As an employee, what's the biggest or worst problem you've ever had to deal with?
For me it was all the toilets and urinals overflowing to the major point of almost having to shut down for the day...I mean the GM, The tech and I were wading around, ankle-deep in urine/crap water in the back hallway of the kitchen trying to scoop the water out with dust pans, into out trashroom and out off the back dock by the dumpsters...I could've faked an illness(god knows I was about to) and got the hell outta there...but I had just been promoted after being there for A WEEK, I just couldn't say no. :x :x :x :lol :lol :lol
The irony is when the plummer came the next day and spent 2 hours unclogging everything they found the culprit...a kids Chuck E Cheese t-shirt...sigh :rollin

Yeah, that would about do it Puro....
I would say the times we would have the sewer lines overflow into our Kitchen in Danvers. God, what a mess that was!
This was a ongoing saga in mid 2002 or so....every other day it seemed the pipes would get backed up and the sewer water would start bubbling up from the floor drains. This would also sometimes happen in the bathrooms as well which was NOT GOOD since Guests could easily come across this!
"The River" as we lovingly dubbed it, flowed off and on for about a week. It stank the Kitchen out and the Kitchen Rats fled for their lives when the call of "The River is flowing again!!" was shouted by a manager. One afternoon it became so bad we seriously has to consider calling the Dm for permission to close as it could be slated as a health hazard.
We had the plumbers come out everyday pretty much that week....and no matter what sort of rods they rammed up the pipe of snaking machines they used it would STILL jam up after only a hour of so!! It was finally therorized that Guests in the ladies room must be flushing things they SHOULD"NT.
In the end it was discovered that the chinese resturant next door was throwing their leftover rice down their drain and once in the ground pipe it would only go so far and then get stuck. Our store and theirs were connected to the same pipe, so this is why it gave us so many headaches.
The amount of money we spent on plumbers bills and guest issues would have enabled us to probably buy a full RockaFire Show for out Showroom...THATS how ridiculous it was!!
Ah...the good ol' days!

we used to have that sewer problem in bridgeville too...
we called it "poopy day"
also there was one point when they were building a Home Depot in the parking lot, they hit the water line about 6 times in a 2 week period and we would have to close.
the worst was probably the day in bridgeville in february when it was packed at 2:00 with a line out the door, 9 parties going on and zap - the lights went out. they didnt come back on til like 8
