Your favorite era of CEC?

Mine would have to be from about 1989-1995. Most of that time I was there to see, but I just remember a little of it. It was still better than today. What's your favorite time?

Pretty much any time before Dept. 18 began recycling shows.

This may be cheating if you specifically mean when the company became known as Chuck E. Cheese, but assuming you mean the whole 25 year history I'd say the 81-82 era.

hmm lets see ah yes 2000-2003 when i was the best guest to the cec's in Michigan... na i can't say that. i must say the all time must have been 2002 it just seemed like cec was came back to the make magic era but know look what we have you just ask for ketchup or something and the cm gets mad. Oh thats easy....

For me it's definately 1981 thru 1983. I can also take 84' thru 86' as at that time the PTT elements had not been totally stripped away from the concept.

I would say the beginning of the end for me was when they painted all the walls white and made CEC look like a contemporary Showbiz.

The "Golden Era" of CEC was 81' thru 83' for me.
