Ten years ago I did a report for my TV show with Chuck E's help from the U-NJ store CEC about how New York City was trying to ban coin-operated kiddie rides from their sidewalks in 1996.

Well considering when that report was taped for my TV show, that had to be the September 1996 show playing in the background.

And to think, I thought someone was going to ask about that fleeting glimpse of a giant Chuck statue in the video. That was at a CEC in Toronto, Canada somewhere in the very early 1990's.
