WHO ON THIS BOARD IS A TECH MGR OR TECH ASST IN IL? OR IN THE U.S? THAT HAS A 1 OR 2 STAGE CEC AT THEIR STORE?

I don't think we have any true tech's in Illinois - on the boards.

He's not registered on the board, but I have a friend who is a tech (with a 2-Stage) in the Chicagoland area.
