Weird Helen Henny Plush-Fairy?

Has anyone seen this Helen Henny plush before? I found it while looking for CEC plushies on eBay, and here it is:

It says that this Fairy Helen doll was made in 2009, but when was it released? Was this a limited edition plushie?
I wanted to know if any of you have seen this or know about it.

I'm almost positive I saw this Helen in a couple of stores. If I'm remembering correctly it was around the end of winter time or the middle spring. Although by the time I saw her I think they were phasing that LE out.
