theyre in our district now, thats why went went to check them out....
heres the run-down:
columbus macsway - pretty small, shaped a lot like the one in cincinnatti (i think a good group of them was built this way a certain time), the 2 mgrs were really cool and they had an old school 3-stage with the old parody posters with the red trim.
columbus dublin - shaped very weird, come in kid check and the showroom is to your right. as in, look over to the right and see the stage. they just got a remodel and a building extension and a new studio c. the gameroom area was really big.
columbus S.W. - we called that the burning bush store. because....just before we got there, their bush outside had caught fire. the window was all charred and the bush was, well, dead. it was the newest store, on the corner of a row of shops with a corner entrance. absolutely by far the smallest store i ever saw in my life. like, the size of my living room. it had a one stage with all of the characters all scrunched together. i never saw this before. that was sweet.
springfield OH - its an hour west of columbus. it was just like macsway but waaaay darker and unremodeled. they had all of the wood colored trim like old school. they had the 3 stage also.
all of them also had the old school skeeballs with the netting on the sides and the metal coin area. that was cool.
also springfield had this virtual tennis game and i LOVED it. never saw that one before. i played some dude and kicked his ass.
unfortuately as we were driving down the highway, leah says to me, wow, i figured you wouldve brought your camera....
ill get some next time....
