Congrats :) I really like the new and improved hospitality hero program. Much better than the bronze, silver, gold levels they created.

Fine! I'll do it. Basically, it's a employee incentive program. There is a chart that every store has (usually in the kitchen somewhere). Not sure if I am allowed to give details on it.

If you've seen the movie "Office Space", it's like "flair". If you haven't, then it's similar to the gold star program you probably had in kindergarten.
