worst guest complaint!

What was the worst complaint you've heard?

mine's gotta be the pizza's cold and why is it taking so long!
(you know which store i'm talking about if your reading this!!:lol :lol :lol )

Well, the store that I work at is a ghetto store. I hate it! I have tried to transfer many times but no other store will take me cause I make too much money. :rolleyes
But one of the 1st complaints I ever got was when I first started working at that store, and some of the people who work with me don't speak english. Well, I can speak spanish, and that throws some people off since I am black. Well, one time I was speaking to another employee about something with the salad bar and I was telling her in spanish cause she doesn't speak english! Well, this lady comes up to me and says..
"Uum, excuse me, but we are in america, and if you are gonna speak to anyone around me, you will speak english!" Well, there is only so much ghetto I will take before I just don't care anymore and I let my twin out, me being a Gemini and all, so I did. I looked at her and said..
"I don't have to do anything but stay black and die."
She said,
"If you don't speak in English only, then I will need your corporate office #"
I immediately pulled out some of the register paper and wrote down corporate #. She rolled her eyes and left.
A couple of days later I walked in on my manager on the phone speaking to the lady no doubt. The only part I heard was him asking her if I was speaking to her directly. Of course I wasn't. He then told me later on that she said that she was offended that another black man spoke spanish. I laughed and continued/continue to speak spanish whenever necessary.

i remember like 12 years ago there was this *****y lady that had a birthday for her kid and she ordered a pizza and found that there was a burned piece from the pizza pan. but thought it was a black bug.:lol That was one mean lady. and of course she got her way and got a free pizza.:rolleyes if ya ask me? What a winner:lol

OMG that is so gross gabe luckily here when they redid the skytubes they dropped the ball pit. nyways the worst guest complaint here must have been.........lets jus say ive been acused of being tooooo energetic as chuck e. the lady loved the entusiasm that i had as chuck e but supposively i had quote on quote "too much energy". i personaly thought the complaint was stupid and my boss said and i quote again :D "dont listen to her jus do what you do best Franchize!!!!" and i did:D :D :D

Thats crazy, most people who do chuck look like they are on a healthy dose of lithium, or else drank some nyqul before coming out.

The more energy the better, I say!

I went to a CEC yesterday and the oven was down for about a little over and hour and they were just selling salads and whatever else that didn't require using the oven...but there were only like 4 people there so, not a big deal. Has this ever happen to any of you for longer than an hour? :o

Ours was down for a few hours one morning. It was the first time we were using the new oven, but it wouldn't heat up. It was a weekday morning, so attendance was pretty low- it was still a pain having to explain to everyone. :lol

a long time ago back in 2000 i was at this location and the water department said don't drink the water. so no pizzas no drinks etc. luckly they had apple juice and the breakfast items.... we had 2 kids with us and luckly they like cereal...

I got a new guest complaint. I was working Kid Check today and a father and his little girl came in, and I stamped the father's hand, and than he told me to 'slowly' stamp the little girl's hand. I did it slowly and the little girl starts sqiurming and crying and the father gives me the snub going 'slowly, you didn't listen', than walked off. The managers and I just laughed it off.:lol
