Does any one know what was exactly changed/ removed on each robot in the concept unification process?
Dook, fatz, beach bear, rolfe and mitzi.
What all parts mechanically/cosmetically does it take to change each back to RAE from CEC?

The only mechanical is removing dooks ear levers, removing earle from rolfe, and changing looney birds sckull.

Dose anyone have any pics of a rock-afire explosion or chucke cheese show being set up. Or some pics of the CU in prosses.

If latex and clothes seem to be all that’s changed with a few props from character to character. Except for dook with his ear mechs, Rolfe’s puppet hand and looneys skullcap. Just trying to find out what could have happened with all the parts from the robots out side of cosmetics removed for unification.

that's something you would need to ask the specific sellers of the items,maybe the parts broke or something..

The reason is CEC discontinued latex maskes and went with a hard plastic mask that not only replaced the latex masks but also the skulls. Any of the stuff taken out of service after the hard plastic masks came into use will be missing the skull which probably went to the dumpster. For what it is worth, I do not like the hard plastic faces and think the latex faces looked so much better.

I agree with you. Chuck did look a bit... Weird sorta. I wonder how Chuck would look now if the latex masks would have continued to be used though. But I agree with you guys, I hate seeing the plastic masks too. The separation of the mouth piece makes them look really cheap and fake. Pasqually at least, should have kept his latex mask.

I wish they would've kept the latex...but updated them to resemble the current incarnations of the characters. The latex looked way more realistic. The plastic may be cheapers and last longer, but they also look cheaper too.

Did/Do the RAE have Latex masks?

And did Latex allergies play at all into the booting of the masks?

I didnt know people could have allergies of latex from just watching robots....

you have to have latex touch you in order for you to get a reaction from it..as far as why they changed from latex to plastic..probebly because the plastic lasts loger and don't tear up as easy and also it seems to give them more of a cartoony/puppet look instead of a realistic look like the rubber masks gave them..I think they are going for a less scary more cartoony look..at least they don't have those halloween looking masks they were using for a short time in the late 90's,those were horrible,I'm not sure what they were made of,I'm assuming a cheap plastic,but they were really REALLY bad,they would droop down and flop up and down as their heads moved,they looked way way too small and made the characters look drunk and they were painted like one of those cheap .99 halloween masks you would find at the halloween store,you know the ones with the rubber bands...
