Just a short story...

Mitzi and her boyfriend, Alex rode in Mitzi's nice new green Ford Mustang. Dook looked around the inside of the car at the nice green leather seats.
"Green is your color, girl!" He said with a smile. Mitzi looked at him and smiled back. Green and white are her school colors. As a matter of fact, they were driving to a football game tonight. Her High School againest some other team.

But little did they know they may not make it there.

Suddenly, as Mitzi steered the car, they heard a loud BOOM!
"Hold her, Mitzi!" Alex said, as he got bounced round in his seat. The car veered a bit, but Mitzi caught the wheel in her hands, and pulled over to the side. "What happen?" asked Alex. "Not sure. Maybe a blow out."
Mitzi said back. She and ALex threw open their doors. They begain to walk around the car checking tires. Mitzi let out a frustrated breath as she saw that the front left side tire was flat. "Great!!" she said crossing her arms.
"Now I'll never make it to the game in time." Alex came up beside her.
He felt bad for her. She needs to be at that game. She's the lead cheerleader for her squad.

"Don't worry, Mitzi." Alex said. "I'll fix it!" Mitzi looked at him. She didn't know he could fix flat tires. She's never seen him do anything. Fixing flat tires must be his secret. "You know how to fix a flat tire?!" Mitzi asked, a bit unsure of this.
Alex looked at her. "Of course I do." he said back, with confidence.
He bent down to the tire as Mitzi was not sure of this.

Alex begain to turn off the lug nuts with his hand. "Ouch!" he said shaking his hand in pain. Those things are tight." he said. Alex turned his head around to Mitzi. "Don't worry, Mitzi, I will get you to the game on time!" Mitzi shook her head. Yeah, maybe next Fall time.
"You need the wrench to turn those off." Mitzi explained. Alex made a face. He didn't know that. He raised up and smiled at Mitzi.
"Oh, I knew that!" he said with a smile. He turned to walk toward the rear of the car as his smile faded. He didn't know how to change a flat tire.
But he wanted to look good to Mitzi. Mitzi eyed him. She had a feeling that he doesn't really know anything about cars. Not like she does.
Alex came back with the wrence and the jack. He smiled at Mitzi as he bent down to roll the jack underneath the car. But he didn't have the strenth to push down on the jack. Mitzi rolled her eyes.
Their going to be here all night and she has a game to catch.

"I'll do it!" she told Alex, pushing him aside. Alex raised up as Mitzi took the wrence and begain turning off the lug nuts. Alex was impressed.
"Cheerleading must give you good muscles." Alex said watching her take all the lug nuts off. He shook his head. He couldn't believe it. She had taken all the lug nuts off. "Yeah. Throwing people into the air gives me some good musculer form." she answered. She raised up and begain pushing the jack up and down. The car begain to rise. Alex's eyes got wide. "Wow! You are stronge!" Mitzi raised up to him and smiled.
"Women are stronger then they look." she said. Alex nodded. He had no arguement about that.

After Mitzi had fixed the flat tire, they were on their way to the game.
They were early when they got there. Just in time for cheerleading practice.
Alex lean over to Mitzi. "See, I told you I'd get you here on time!"
Mitzi frowned.

NOTE: Alex is Mitzi's boyfriend that I made up for her.
