Seeing as Dept. 18 has a 3 stage that was of course, a RAE, I slapped Mitzi's face on Helen's. Kinda to give D18 a "Meh, the public won't see the show so why bother changing EVERYTHING." I put Looney in just as an extra :P. The correct character to put there would be Choo Choo.
