There seems to be a fair amount of confustion / annoyance regarding this, so let's hope this solution helps matters... #:-S
If you tune into Radio Showbiz and happen to notice that the station is down, please send an e-mail to radiodown@showbizpizza.com. This is the fastest solution to getting the station back up and running.
This account will be checked periodically thoughout the day so (with any luck) the station will be back up and running within a few hours. But please allow 24 hours for the station to return - the fix is simple but has to be done manually. Most of us work full time jobs so we aren't always sitting at a computer. ;)
From this point forward, please use the above email to report issues. Posting here on the forum for everyone to view won't be any faster. Also be sure to use the above e-mail and not the standard Radio Showbiz e-mail address (which is used for all other radio matters).
