Methuen CEC on news

It seems that on sunday night the Methuen Ma CEC store had an electrical problem. All the lights in the store went out and the emergency lights did not come on due to dead batterys. There was home video showing some of the cast members coming out of the store laughing. Quite a few parents were upset that there was no "help" from the cast members. The news was all over this story, and the store has been shut down till the emergency lights get fixed.
As if the store tech dooesnt have enough to do already! Im hoping that this wopnt hurt Gm Jim in any way!

Jim is probably getting Hell for this right now....as Corporate will be all over him like a cheap suit. Not having the emergency lights working is a big deal...and may also involve some fines. The Store may also be fined from the Mall itself, as The Loop shopping area is a b**** when it comes to this kind of stuff. Trust me...i worked there for a time after it opened and the mall was always breathing down our necks for such things....

The good news is that he won't lose his job He has been with the Company far to long now ( since 89' i beleive..) and that hopefully holds some weight. The bad news is that the news cast showed home videos shot by Guests of the Cm's laughing about the situation, which is BAD. VEry bad....for the CM's! I hope things work out ok..as Menthuen is one of the better CEC's in this District.

The fact that Guests were involved and expressed disleasure is a bummer....but i am sure things will work out ok.
