did anyone hear about this?? it was in this past newsletter, they invited all of us to send in video of your people singing and dancing to a song (and crap, i forget what it was) and they will make a montage and put it all together for the april show, so everyone has a chance to be in it, if they want.

thought that was a pretty cool idea

I don't think we would be hearing him...sounds like this is just asking for footage to be used while the Band sings the song.

Cool...wish they did this back in 2001! They used to go around and have Cm's intro shows ( say their name, store location, and store #) but it's been a long time.

I gotta say this is actually a sweet idea! Talk about a neat little incentive for people to put on good performances (and one that's awfully cost effective to boot. :D

I've witnessed my share of live performances that are, sorry to say, quite sad. But I've also seen some that were really fun and neat to watch - this is a good way for those stores that actually care about what they're doing to gain some recognition for it!

Here's the question that is on my mind. I'm a media production major at school and I graduate in the Spring but anyways, how many teenagers (employees) would you guess had a 3 chip video camera? If they send in video clips on VHS,and/ or from a 1 chip digital camera, the clips are going to be completely horrible looking because of the actual resolution and colors. They should have thought this idea through a little more I believe. I"m interested to see the final product. I hope it turns out better than I think it will.
