Eyes/neck pictures or video

Hey all. I've started work on building my own animatronic head similar to that of the RAE or CEC characters. I've got basic mouth movements functional and the programming down. The part where I'm getting tripped up on is eye and neck movement.

I've seen the eye thread here with the cylinder parts listed and some images, but I was wondering if anyone else had images or video they could share of the neck or eye mechanisms in their character. Or even just the head in general. I'm just having a hard time getting started, and some general knowledge would be helpful about how to arrange and stack cylinders to get some nice articulations similar to those of the old shows.
