Do you think the relaunch of the Space Shuttle (Discovery) since the Feb. 2003 Space Shuttle Columbia disaster will be a success weather permitting and no glitches/problems permitting?

Update: The Space Shuttle Discovery launch for July 13, 2005 has been scrubed until a later date.

I think they're going to launch later this week. I was really looking forward to seeing the launch, even back in May when it was originally supposed to go, but safety is the first priority.

The Space Shuttle Discovery liftoff now could take place before the month of July is over, stay tuned...

Space Shuttle Discovery liftoff is now set for July 26, 2005 at 10:30 AM EDT.

Successful liftoff. Space Shuttle Discovery landing is set for early Sunday morning August 7, 2005.

Update: Following the current Discovery Space Shuttle flight, due to foam trouble, all future Space Shuttle flights have been postponed indefinately until the foam falling off situation is resolved by NASA.

The Space Shuttle Discovery finally landed after 14 days in space on August 9, 2005 at 8:12 AM EDT but at Edwards Air Force Base in California and not at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
