YouTube now has a block of Fall 1990 TV commercials, one of them is a 1990 Chuck E. Cheese TV commercial (It is #11 on the list of what's in the commercial montage).

woo-hoo! Fairfield is listed! (I always saw the Bay area version so they were never listed yet Modesto & Merced WERE.
