I noticed in the recent years that the 3 stage Chuck has recieved long bulky arms that look unnatural, they look too long in my opinion..

The Mijjins had those, too. From what I know about putting clothes on inanimate objects, clothing tends to make non-human things look smaller (like the figures at wax museums). It just hangs off them like a sweater on a coat hanger, without all the motion and posture of a living thing to fill it out. Chuck probably has proportionate legs to go with his arms; it's just that, with all his baggy shirts and shorts and whatnot, we don't know where his "waist" is.

The fur is a thicker material than the tuxedo jacket, so I think that's probably part of the reason why they look bigger.

I have to agree with you guys. Some of the 3-stage Chucks seems to have long, bulky arms. One factor could be the concept unification pedestal - it makes his legs shorter but nothing about the robot himself was ever changed. So you still have the same torso but seemingly shorter legs. It wasn't as noticeable with the tuxedo, but seems more noticeable with shorts. The tech removed our pedestal a few years ago and I think he looks better without it since it puts his body back in proportion again (same as Rolfe). There is still more leg between the bottom of his shorts and his feet... his shorts aren't about to drag on the top of his feet or the pedestal.
