Actually, he'll be back on the board shortly once he buys a fanclub membership. BUT, he has promised me that he's done with his bad behavior. I think he's a good guy, we talk on AIM- he actually likes CEC/SPP very much.

Yeah Brian's right about this one guys. He's contacted me about joiining the club and getting back on the board, which as a paying member, I really can't stop him from doing.

Things should be cool so long as he stays in line with the conduct rules this time. Even Fan Club members have to abilde by these rules... it's in the fine print.

However if he joins the club and gets back on the board the main difference this time around is that everyone will know his user ID as opposed to the last few times around.

After many e-mails and talks, he tells me he is not able to buy the items anymore.

Well Travis has told him he can be in the club. Fine. Just watch him and don't trust him. Do not under any circumstances trade with him, offer to sell him anything or buy anything from him. You will get ripped off if you do business with him. It's probably better we have him out in the open so we know it's him anyway. That makes it much harder for him to lie or try to scam anyone.
