Allow me to answer,
First, we would really appreciate if you keep the photos on the forum to a minimum.
Why?
Well we don't want a cluttered forum of thousands of photos when we could have a organized photo gallery of thousands of photos. Let us host your photos, this way you get credit and the URL to link other people to them. :)
If you don't know how to submit pictures to the Photo Gallery, read this:
http://showbizpizza.com/photos/submission.html
But if you have to have a picture up here on the forum, there is a lot of different ways to do this:
First and easiest, just paste the URL and it will redirect users in a new window to your photo.
Second way, get the picture to be "hosted" or put up on the web. There are a bunch of photo sharing sites, like Photobucket and Flickr (www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) and www.flickr.com (http://www.flickr.com)), but the one I use is TinyPic (www.tinypic.com (http://www.tinypic.com)). It's easy, free to use, and you don't have to sign up.
From there, upload your photo and then all you have to do is copy and paste the picture into your post.
The third way is to click a little button that has little mountains on it. It's located next to the "Add Quotes" button when your editing/typing a post. Looks like this:
http://www.showbizpizzaforum.com/images/greenfox/default/greenfox/editor/insertimage.gif
The button says "Insert Image." When you click it, it will ask you for a URL. Enter or paste one and the pic will be added automatically.
The last way to do it, is if you have the file on your computer. On the page where you type/edit your post, there is a area below that says "Attach Files" and a button that says "Manage Attachments." Click the button and a new window will open. In this window, you can view your attached files and browse your computer to upload new pics and files. Browse your computer for the picture, select it, and upload it.
Just a word of advice, if you do it this way, you are limited to a certain amount of space, file size, picture width/height etc... if you upload files and pics under your username here on the forum.
It can get more advanced by using IMG tags (<IMG></IMG>) but that gets more into HTML coding, something you shouldn't have to worry about too much here.
Done. #:-S
