Today, I saw another pun on CEC. There's some dumb new cartoon on Nickelodeon, and the parody was a place called "Jumpin Joeys" with a boxer kangaroo as the mascot. If I remember, the pizza was boxing glove shaped and they had a bunch of kids running around in an arcade. They had a cheaply made animatronic band in the back that, of course, was broken and run dow, much like todays MMBBs. Some girl fell in love with the robot kangaroo that had been broken, and that was all I saw. It was another corny parody of a run-down Chuck E. Cheese's like most TV shows describe them with a broken band.

Did anyone else see this? I've seen quite a number of puns through the years, but still no Studio C parody.

Whoa, I didn't know it was a real place! However, that's not what I was reffering to. It was a parody of CEC in cartoon form.

I saw the rest of the episode, which made a few robotic errors.

The girl somehow takes the robot off stage to her house and the main character Becky starts to call because some people are looking for the stolen robot. The girl who took the robot gets bored with it so she decides to take it back. It gets torn up but it still works.

The robotic problems:

1. Some guy says that the robot is battery operated. Anyone who knows about CEC robots know that batteries don't make them move.
2. The robot still works even when its mac value and air isn't with it
3. The robot is just taken off stage. You'd first have to unscrew its feet offstage.
4. Real CEC robots are heavy.
5. Real CEC robots aren't metal all over. They have cosmetics

Anyways, my cousin is supposed to have her bday here. Its a place in Williamsburg that has inflatable jumping equipment, not really a CEC knockoff:

How about Wall E. Weasel's from a 1992 Simpsons episode where a robot breaks after "You're the birthday, you're the birthday, you're the birthday boy or girl" is sung?

And what Nickelodeon show had that CEC parody called Jumpin' Joey's with a talk about broken robots?

I remember Chubby Cheese's from Dexter. That one was great! On Simpsons they parodied Pasqually in beaver-form then his tail falls off and catches fire. There were about 2 on Spongebob. One was Goofy Goobers and the other was Bunny Buns.
