Very good question, most run it 60 to 80 psi. Hmm,, I imagine anything 85 and up you are pushing it... It becomes susceptible to blow airlines and pop them off their fittings which is most likely the first problem to happen.

When i had my show only running with 3/8 hose, I had on 90psi However it did start giving problems with the little lines poping off, and the old hose was bursting in different places a lot.
Now i have 1 inch coming to the manifold so i run on about 75 or 80psi.
