Well, From what I understand. The AGFM that you showed in that picture was a unique txt/email type device used back in the showbiz days. Aaron would use them between the company employees, and even showbiz locations (not sure if they actual made it out to showbiz locations) but it plugs into the phone line and is basically a simple computer/email system. Tailored specifically for email. It is claimed to be designed soley by Creative and by Aaron on its own operating system meaning it is immune to the rest of the worlds pc viruses :) A pretty neat and advanced unit to come out of the 80's.

However from what I undestand, the main board in the AGFM "anti gravity freedom machine" was also reused in other products as well as a main board because it contained the appropriate microchip and peripherials to function as a great universal controlling board.

so how was it used to control the "Marvelously interactive animation" as seen in the video? How was the live video/karaoke/everything else done?

It's hard to say... I had heard that one of the AGFM motherboards was used in the StarLauncher as well. If I had to make a rough guess, I'd have to say that the AGFM worked in unison with other peripheral devices to accomplish the video/other features.

I had also heard that the AGFM was designed to help children become accustomed to computer usage and literacy. But again I'm not certain of exactly what they did aside from e-mail functions.

Not sure if it's AGFM related, but SPP did test out an e-mail system using the Apple IIE back in 1983 (I have the corporate memo that was passed down explaining the tests).

Wow! Utterly amazing...I'd love more details...preferably from Aaron himself. Odd he doesn't say too much about this invention...
