Love the Memorial Day header

I just want to announce that I LOVE the Memorial Day header on the home page. When I first came to it, I was wondering why the page was blue and white, when I noticed the header at the top. It's great! Who made it?:D

That was my toying around with a holiday theme I'm hoping to implement. CSS makes for some interesting possibilities and gives me some more flexibility with the appearance of the pages.

Wait until SP.com is entirely coded in CSS... B-)
