Who is the president of CEC and how was he able to be a president.

That would be Mike Magusiak he started he has been President since June of '94 when the previous president Terry Spaight Resigned. Past duties with the company included Executive Vice President and Cheif Financial Officer since 1988. he was V.P. from October '87 to January '88 and Controller from October '87 to January '89 He joined the company in July '87
