hey guys im back from my injury whew and im glad to be back finnally. nyways i need sumone to help me. i was wondering how to you get a customized pics for you thingy on the side???? please some1 help me out

the way i do mine, is i make it on paint or adobe photoshop. whatever you want your icon to be, it has to be 60 x 60 pixels.

i make mine jpeg images because they take up little space. i think it might have to be jpeg or it gives you another option, maybe gif.

anyway, then since you have to have a website address to the picture, (how VegaNova set up the spp/cec icons on here)i have a free homestead website that i upload it to.

i then go to the site, and right click on my picture that i want to be my icon.

i click on properties on the drop down menu that comes up, then highlight the url that comes up.

copy the url.

go to 'my control center' on the message board page

go to 'edit profile' and paste the url into the 'my photo' box.

my way might be really roundabout and unnecessary but it's the only way i've found to make it work. if anyone else has a better way, i'm sure they will post and tell us both!

what i dont understand is why can't ezboard make it so all you have to do is browse and upload a pic from your computer? maybe it's a space issue or something, but wouldn't it be easier that way?

hey its kewl. i kinda figured that out that may have been why you wernt responding to me lol. the only way im on aim is on my cell phone and so im always on there. when i get my new computer i will be on regular aim!!!!
