CEC Three Stage

I have a CEC three stage and am trying to get all of the lights to work. This show took allot of work to restore in the first place so I'm not to worried about this but, Munch's organ lights won't work. The lights work if they are shorted at the organ, the computer is giving them signal, it's not the card because I've swapped it with another one, and the continuity is good from the card to the organ. What am I overlooking?

First off, shorting ANYTHING is not a good idea.

Second, which cards are you switching out, the one in the organ itself?

Third, how are you checking the continuity on the cards... from what 2 points?

Lastly, have you checked the fuse?

Have you tried grounding each bit at the grey-box computer to turn on each light? You'll need to know which bit controls each light. That might help identify in which direction the problem lies. You can also go into Cyberstar diagnostics under Miscellaneous and turn on all lights. The organ and sign lights should also come on. You can short the appropriate pins on the TIL 113 chip to test the light at the board, as well as measure voltages, but I sometimes get weird results.
