It’s nice to see Chuck E Cheese has so many fans. I have come to this site to listen to the songs of past a few times and thought why not join. I started working there when there was only 6 units and after being with Chuck E Cheese most of my youth and then some Chuck E Cheese will always be a part of my life. I have been in and out three times now going where needed to spruce up a unit and of course the robots were my love and have worked on all the show types up to 2000. I have over twenty years on the floors of the restaurants and may go back for another round. It sure has changed since the old days though. Enough about me, all the best to you that made this great site. I Love it.

Wow...the stories you could tell! We'll try not to bug you to death for stories of the beginning days.

(Wait for it). That said, tell us about the beginning of your association with Chuck! To give you some background about me, since we have so many younger readers, my main time of attendance was 83-85. Boy I'd love to hear some stories! :)

I went to a party at the Huntington Beach CA. store. It was for the son of the locksmith I worked for and we both said this is to cool. It was in a matter of months the locksmith sold his shop in Seal Beach CA. and became a extra tech for that unit. I started serving beer for a couple of months and got an interview with the Dist. Technician and he asked me if I knew what a transistor was, I replied no. He asked if I knew what a cap was and once again I said no. Last question was do you know anything about electronics I said no again and the man started laughing while eating his sandwich and then started choking but said he would give me a chance. The rest was one of the best rides one could ever take. A technician I became eating up their knowledge to better myself and that I did.
