Remodel has started

The Phase 4 Danvers Re-Model started last night everyone. So for CV5 we will have the new and improved Danvers

Finally.....they have been pushing the date back for more then a year now. Not that i have been in a hurry to see them trash my Store...but still....it needs some freshening.

The end of an era, indeed.

hey Adam did you.J.Jenn & Matt tell the construction crew "Go home we're doing this remodel ourselves" because it's not listed next to Danvers like they normally list when stores get remodels.

The remodel is going good. They have already ripped out one of the walls that were segmenting the game room from the Show Room. Also, interestingly, our own beloved DM conducted a "raid" and grabbed a bunch of stuff off of the display shelves in the Show Room. Apparently he is suddenly a "collector" now. too....lol.....sorry, i just find this really funny and ironic as Hell.

Anyway....we WILL be keeping our 2-Stage. It has always been in excellent condition and fully working, so Corp decided it should stay. I was expecting them to keep it regardless, as the Studio C craze had died down and the Company is not so gung-ho now to install them in all older Stores ( primarily because it costs too much!). So the cheap way out for them is to just leave the Exsisting Stages.....good news for us!

So YES, we WILL still have our fabulous 2 Stage availible for CV5! Woo hoo!

The remodel is scheduled for 16 days - Sunday being the first night i beleive. I have a friend going up there Thurday to visit and i already told her the place may be a bit of a mess ( as far as decor goes..) but they will still have fun.

Adam, are you working Thursday afternoon?

Danny - They probably have not yet listed Danvers on the remodel list as it just started. It could also be that maybe they wait until the remodls is actually done before listing a Store? It changes...sometimes they list AS it is going on...sometimes AFTER.....crazy mixed up Company ....LOL..!

Just thought i should note for those maybe wondering: This photo is the "Patriotic " version that i did back in the Summer of 02'...thus why it has all the flags and patriotic decor. Our Show did not normally have this background...this was a "one off" for the week of July 4th.
