So, being blocked is when you prevent someone from PMing you, which could be for reasons such as harassing you, or to discuss how one member should address another on the public forum. Basically, I could block someone from PMing me for telling me I have an attitude, if I believe the pot is calling the kettle black. Basically it's a way of choosing your battles.

Being banned, is when we give someone the boot for good for negativity, being under age, negativity, lieing, negativity, false advertising, negativity, harassment, oh and I believe we have a rule about no negativity. Hey this is a place where a kid can be a kid so its all about peace, love and happiness.
