Why is my location stuck on Irvine CA!?!?

When I tried to change it, it stayed like that. Help me please!

What would you like it changed to? We require your real location, which is only able to be changed by the user at registration. Yours may have been a false location before and was changed to what matched your IP address.

Yeah I've been in Lynn, MA with my aunt for the last 3 months and it won't let me change it. Someone please change it to Lynn, MA instead of Peabody, MA please and thank you.
