Here are some of the proofs off the boxes the artwork came in...aside from the few that are Chuck related the art now as you all know is soooo bland some of these(the ones with just kids) I'd expect to see in a hospital or the free clinic something! :rolleyes: :laugh:

I hate those posters. We have most of those at my store too...they're just so bland and ugly! BRING BACK THE PARODY POSTERS CEC!

The humans are what bother me the most. I also miss the parody posters, even though some of the movies were from the 80's and no kid would recognize them. :-P
And...why is there pineapple growing in the garden Jasper is working on? I mean...I know people like pineapple on pizza, but there are also carrots growing - for the love of gods it just looks...retarded.

And Chuck E.'s Fresly Made Pizza" sign should have a bag of SUGAR somewhere in it.:)

Thats what *I* said. But, looking at this art, its obvious that they are more focused on games and the food... eh...

I have a lot of really nifty ideas for art though, I wonder if I should sketch a few up. :cec_smile:

I personally think that the new artwork being placed at CEC resembles that of a child daycare center. They really have no relation to the show or entertainment aspect of CEC. The posters were originally there to add to the show/theatre aspect. These new posters in phase 4 just makes CEC look more and more like a toddler hangout.

I really wish they would have continued to keep the theme of the parody posters.

Nah, not totally some stores are just neglected for years and don't go through the various phase remodels... If the store doesn't bring in alot of money it seems to be the last to be remodeled just like the Military Dr. store here in San Antonio(it's 10 years ago now....but) :laugh: back in '97 that was WAY too long for a store to still have a C stage and look all "Pizza Time" inside with the flags, clapperboard(not working but still) and original parody posters, etc..

That's downright sweet! I always love seeing something retro still out there! The Tallahassee store (a franchise) has The old late 80's - early 90's CEC's Pizza logo on thier road sign still! Those things are a rarity nowdays!
