Family Album?

Can someone explain the family album to me?

I never heard of this before. and the one store has pics of the pt players and family album behind them. what kind of show was it and whats the story behind it?

The Family Album was a show that was made by an outside company for use at a few PTT during a time when there was a shortage of Balcony shows to goo around. I think the picture youur seeing is the transition between the Family Album & the Rocker Stage.

I ran the family album in Danvers Ma back in the 80's. The show is 3 human style characters on a "rock show stage"
An operater sat behind a 1 way mirror and controled the characters in between playing pre recorded songs. The operater was able to talk thru a mike headset, and the character's mouth they were operating would sinc to the operaters voice. There was a control board with joysticks to control the characters body turn and lean, their head down and up, and eye blink and wink. I was the head person at our store,a dnwas able to do all 3 characters at once(2 boys and a girl) doing difrent voices for all 3 of them. At times it was like arguing with myself in the booth.

So none of the Pizza Time Players (Chuck, Munch, Jasper, etc.) were featured in the resturant? That's crazy.:bbangry:
