Ok, heres the quick report,
We all (about 20 of us including a huge turnout of new attendees!!!!!)met at Danvers at noon and had lunch, then celebrated Danny's b-day. Chuck came out, did the march, then B-day star. Gave Danny a cake, and everyone played for a while. "J" won 6 bags of cotton candy on the big wheel. We leave "D" at 2:30 and went to the hall. Jenn had her cyber cosmetics all set up, "J" had a collectibles table and the main hall was set up as a stage. Cheryl made 3 beautifiul "magic" theme centerpeices for the tables. There was lots of snacks...fresh popcorn, cheese curls, cheese and crackers, and punch. There was name that tune, lots of door prizes, and time to look at everything.
Wizard Chuck came out with Billy Bob and welcomed everyone. He then did a magical act changing colored plumes in a tube. Helen was up next, then Billy and Looney. Chuck came back and did havin a party, and the 1st version of star for Danny. We were then treated to a performance of Munch's make believe band. All 5 characters came out and performed party place to be. Everyone then pitched in to clear the hall, by loading everything into the basement for storage.
Saturday Jenn, Richard, Danny and his dad Ron, Cheryl and "J" met at 9am in the parking lot and headed for a 3 1/2 hour ride to Storyland in NH. It was a great day, we saw all the animatronics in the park, and a real life circus under the big top. The ride home was long, but we were entertained in the party van, with a disco ball and dancing Chuck e plush. We cgot back around 11 pm and decided it was too late and we were too tired to do the parking lot live shgow(mabey today)
This morning we will meet in about 1 hour at 10 am, and have a Chuck E free breakfast. We can still talk about things, but can not mention CEC or Showbiz by name or it will cost $.25 in a jar for the wait staff. Ithought this could become a tradition for sunday morning breakfast.
Then Jenn, Richard, Cheryl and "J will head to the hall and start loading stuff to hear back to storage, and perhaps a small sightseeing tour of Salem for anyone still in the area.
We are all really tired, but it has been a wonderful weekend for all of us!

Hi Folks, just now having a chance to breath for more then 5 minutes and start to recoup after a VERY hectic week. I am wiped out...and once i have some time to rest i will be back to post a FULL write up about all that went on at CV5! In the meantime enjoy our most recent video clip ( link posted above) of Billy Bob and Looney Bird LIVE at Cv5!

A couple of quick answers to questions that have popped up.....

Richard ( aka Rapid T. Rabbit) has kindly offered to compile and edit the official CV5 Dvd. This will see release in about a month if all goes to plan. He has one other television project to finish first, and then he will begin the long process of watching all the video footage shot and creating the titles/credits. More info when we get closer to release !

The 'Letters to Looney Bird LIVE" dvd everyone is waiting for may be one step closer to completion and release. As noted, the hold up is a problem dupilcating a animated sequence contained in Ephisode 4 on Disc 2. Richard is helping with this problem, and with some luck Veganova will be able to get the master complete and the burner burnin'! The LIVE taping we had at CV5 of Ephisode 5 ( neat coincidence there...) went extremely well and i will admit far better then i was originally expecting. Our attendees were REALLY into it and asked some great questions LIVE on camera to both J and Looney Bird. Wait until you guys see the younger fans we had on the Show...and the baby too! Absolutely fantastic and very very funny....and dare i say even moving at points when you consider how young some of these fans are. I think Aaron will be touched when he sees these kids reacting to his character the way they did.

This ephisode will be released on BOTH the Cv5 Dvd this year AND on the future 2nd Edition of "Letters to Looney Bird LIVE" Dvd in the future. We would like to thank EVERYONE who attended and so enthusiastically embraced the concept...and had such fab questions!! You guys were nothing short of AWESOME!

More thanks : Big thanks to Travis for his very kind donations. We had some neat prizes this CV for everyone and nobody went home empty handed ( not by a longshot!). Big thanks also for "D" and the folks there who donated items for the Event.

Special thanks go out to EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED, as without you, there IS NO CheeseVention! We had folks from New Jersey, California, and locally join us this time around...with a record number of attendees ( 23/24)...the most for any CV to date! A nice way to celebrate the 5th Anniversary indeed....

Again, when i have more energy i will type up a full write up.

I have NO photos at all from the Event ( told you i was busy....) so i am counting on attendees to fill up the Cv5 Photo Thread with some good stuff! J has some awesome shots, but he might not be able to post them.

Okay, maybe I might have forgotten..lol....but i have a fairly good feeling those who attended CV5 will NOT forget the Shineyness they were a part of!

Today two attendees came to visit me at the Bear Barn to say hello, and to tell me they ended up showing up with a additonal friend at 10pm in the Danvers CEC's parking lot Saturday night! They were hoping we would arrive and join them for the traditional "Parking Lot Live Show". We ended up not doing this in the end, as it took SO long to get back home from Story Land in NH that by the time our half of the group did, it was well after 11PM and all of us were so darn POOPED! So i want to apologize to you girls, and guys...who ended up showing up in hopes of partaking in this random MA CV tradition. Aww...now i feel bad ya'all came and we were'nt there!

I'm still recouping.....i will post a write up once i have some time to rest. Check out the cool new video clips Richard has posted up from CV5 in the related thread!

Well shoot, i am just now realizing i never came back and wrote up a full review/overview of the entire Event and weekend! Sorry about that folks...will do soon....a lot is going on here and CV5 has just sort of gotten left sitting on the bench.

We need more photos!! J, anyway you can post some of your digital shots? Wait until you guys see some of the cool pix he has...

Lots of pix were taken of the various characters during the Live Show Spectacular but i have yet to have seen any here...particularly the group shot of ALL the members of MMBB performing together LIVE ( with authentic props mind you...)!!
