Hi All!
Well the excitment is mounting as the days slip by faster and faster towards the BIG Event! I don't know about ya'all, but i can hardly contain myself from the excitement of what we have lined up!
So in the spirit of things, i thought it would be helpful to come up with a thread all about what essentials one attending CV4 should pack when the time comes to head out to California!
Here now is some "must haves" for CV4:
Light cloths for those warmer days, but be sure to bring long pants and a sweatshirt for those not so mild nights! Also note that it would be a good idea to pack at least one dress shirt or polo for our Lunch at uWink. Based on the pix i have seen, we would look a bit out of place showing up in CEC t-shirts.....lol! Nothing too dressy, but a simple polo or pullover is fine.
Print outs of ALL the MAPS located on the CV4 Webpage, of the SJ Store location, the hotels, etc Even if you are not driving this time around, please print them anyway. Your map could be the backup we need to get us out of a tight squeeze!
Money for food purchases, tokens, souveniers, ...and the like. We will be pitching in together to cover the gas expenses for the road trip segments of the Event, and it would be appreciated if folks could cover there costs for the Birthday Bash ( $28 per person).
All of your travel info, airline tickets, hotel booking and itinerary.
Camera, expecially a video camera! We need to film as much as we can of this Event, as it is indeed something that will need to be captured!
