Brian will be posting the LIVE schedule HERE (http://www.showbizpizzaforum.com/calendar.php)
Also, he'll make announcements on the board a few days in advance probably.
The night of the event, we'll have a banner at the top of the board reminding everyone and a link to Radio Showbiz will appear, as well.

I know Brian appreciates your support and patience. I personally loved the first call in interview of the evening ;)
